Hello Winions! It has been two months since pre-orders for the EPIC: The Musical Limited Edition Sweatshirts ended and there have been a lot of new developments on our end! Before we dive in, we wanted to give you an update on what fulfillment progress has looked like during this time.
December 25th: 97% Complete
December 26th: 78% Complete
December 27th: 36% Complete
December 28th: 26% Complete
December 29th: 16% Complete
December 30th - January 31st: <1% Complete

We are 30% of the way through our order queue!
That’s over 26,000 sweatshirts packed by our four person team and sent out our doors to Winions all over the world. If you can believe it, this 30% was ordered within the first four days, and there are still 33 days left to go! We are just about to cross the finish line for December 25th which will allow us to work on orders from early January. Order quantities per day slowly decline as the month goes on, so our expectation is that we will be cruising through the remaining orders here soon.
There have been some changes and updates on our end as well:
📬 When pre-orders ended, our goal was to ship sweatshirts in the order they were received, but due to limited warehouse space we aren't always able to have every size and color in stock at the same time, which has caused some delays for customers who purchased sizes that we are waiting on. Without having all our inventory at the warehouse at once, we needed to alter the plan slightly in order to remain efficient with our fulfillment. This means that we have been fulfilling orders outside the planned timeline.
⭐ How are we fixing this? We need more space! We have already upgraded our warehouse space twice, but as we continue packaging these sweatshirts we realize that it’s still not enough. We're actively working on expanding our storage capacity so that we can get ALL sweatshirts to our warehouse to catch up on early orders that were affected by the delay.
📦 Additionally, some orders take longer to fulfill due to address validation issues, international customs requirements, and formatting challenges within our system.
⭐ How are we fixing this? We have dedicated people searching through orders to catch these errors before they make it to our fulfillment team. We do encourage those who are still waiting for their order to take a look at their confirmation email and review all information you submitted!
👥 Lastly, we are hiring AGAIN! We have already hired new Customer Service staff, and we are actively looking for more warehouse staff to help package orders.
