I found the tea infuser to be really cute and practical, the the weight of the crystal and charm work well with keeping the chain out of the cup and make it easy to use. Similar to a tea bag, however I feel the infusers opening method could be refined, it’s not smooth and makes me feel nervous it’s gonna break. Other than that this product is absolutely wonderful.
