The Open Arms Program is a project where fans of EPIC: The Musical can pay it forward to their fellow fan and buy them a sweatshirt! Many fans may not have the means to purchase this sweatshirt themselves, and since this is a Limited Edition Sweatshirt with a short sales window, we want to do our best to get every EPIC fan a sweatshirt! Consider sending this gift to your fellow winion by purchasing a sweatshirt for them! We have two options for you to choose from:

The costs for the sweatshirt, shipping, handling, taxes and duties are all accounted for in this flat rate cost.

Updated International Shipping Rates

The Gilded Teafling has seen the high shipping costs that our international customers have had to endure, and we have been working behind the scenes in collaboration with DHL to get you better deals for your packages! After casting a small spell on them, The Gilded Teafling is now able to offer our international customers lower shipping costs for over 200+ countries! (To ensure your country is included among these, please go through checkout on our website and do a test order to see what shipping rates are like for your location).

Because of duties and taxes, our system does not allow us to make changes to orders (including updating products, changing shipping, etc). This means you will need to cancel your order, then complete a new purchase on our website! To get our new lower shipping rates, we suggest that you follow these steps: 

1. First, you will need to access the Customer Portal (click the button below to teleport there).

2. Within the customer portal you should see options to update your address and cancel your order. Select the Cancel Order button. A window may pop up confirming your refund. Proceed from here, and cancel your order

3. Your previous order will be refunded in full. Refunds are paid in and full can take up to 10 business days, but once you cancel your order the refund will begin processing. You will be refunded for your entire purchase, including shipping and taxes.

Now that you have cancelled your order, you are all set to complete your new purchase!
