Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5-8 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Pre-Orders: If your order includes a pre-order item, please note that all items in the same order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. This is to help minimize shipping costs and ensure that your entire order arrives at once.
- Shipping Timing: All items in your order, including pre-order items, will ship together once the pre-order item is in stock. If you need any items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
- Payment: You will be charged for the entire order, including pre-order items, at the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options based on your location and preferences. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the day your order ships, not the day it’s placed. These estimates are set by the receiving carrier and are not a guarantee of delivery time.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping method selected, and delivery location. Rates for expedited shipping will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and most international locations. If you are outside of these areas and would like to inquire about shipping, please contact us.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at hello@thegildedteafling.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement or refund.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify shipping details. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by their country upon arrival. These charges are separate from the cost of shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient.
