The service was also really good, they helped me stay updated with the delivery of the product when I was having some trouble with the delivery service (UPS), they have good communication and I’m really grateful for that.

Pleasantly aromatic, smooth yet not bitter. It is the perfect blend for a beginner to begin their journey into tea, im so glad i was able to try something new and it was delicious.

Absolutely loved this tea. I picked up some Witches Cauldron tea at a con on a Saturday, made a cup as soon as I got home that night, and it was so good I went back the very next day to buy more; ended up getting the summer wine. The tea is delicious, high quality, and honestly just beautiful to look at. You can really tell a lot of care goes into it. This is the kind of place that cares about the tea and customers.

My oldest child is always difficult to buy gifts for, but they love theater and tea. So when I found teas themed around Epic: The Musical, I knew they would make a great gift. So far, we have tried 3 different tea blends, and they all have been wonderful. The flavors and quality of the tea are excellent. The customer service is fantastic as well. When we had an issue with a recent order, the response from the company couldn't have been better. I received a reply to my email in less than 24 hours and the issue was immediately resolved. Additionally, I love knowing that I am supporting a business that prides itself on it's inclusivity.

I was practically vibrating with excitement after ordering it and watched the mailbox for days until it finally arrived. I ABSOLUTELY loved it and I find it funny since my first order on the website was "Holy Moly". While "Holy Moly" made me feel like I could do a lap around the globe in a second, "Chimera Call" feels soothing and makes me melt in my seat while I watch my shows and enjoy my brew❤️❤️

The product arrived within the extimated time and in good condition.
I can't attest for the tea's taste as it's a gift, but it smells wonderful and the packaging is very pretty.
